  • Take a glass of water and add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and honey.

Indian Gooseberry (Amla)


Indian Gooseberry has various health benefits. It can stop the growth of bacteria as it is highly rich in vitamin C.  You can also eat more fruits rich in vitamin C lemons, oranges, bananas, guava, kiwi, melon, raspberries, tomatoes, and papaya.

  • Mix 1 teaspoon of Indian gooseberry (amla) powder and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder in a cup of water.
  • Boil the solution for some time.

Tea Tree Oil
